1قبول الشروطAcceptance of Terms

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق SmartSpend المطوَّر من قِبل Perideali Life ("نحن"، "المطوِّر"). بتنزيل التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب أو استخدامه بأي شكل، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية المرفقة ووافقت عليهما بالكامل. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند، يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق فوراً.

These Terms govern your use of the SmartSpend application developed by Perideali Life ("we", "the Developer"). By downloading the App, creating an account, or using it in any way, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agree to these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any provision, you must stop using the App immediately.

يجب أن يكون عمرك 13 عاماً على الأقل (أو السن الأدنى القانوني في بلدك) لاستخدام التطبيق. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد القانوني في بلدك، يجب الحصول على موافقة ولي الأمر.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, parental consent is required.

2وصف الخدمةDescription of Service

SmartSpend تطبيق لإدارة الميزانية الشخصية وتتبّع المصاريف والأهداف المالية، يتضمن أدوات تعليم مالي تحفيزية قائمة على نظام ألعاب (نقاط، شارات، دوريات، تحديات جماعية)، وماسح إيصالات، وإضافة صوتية سريعة للمصاريف. التطبيق مموَّل جزئياً عبر الإعلانات (Google AdMob) وهو مجاني الاستخدام في هذا الإصدار (1.0) دون أي مشتريات داخل التطبيق أو اشتراكات مدفوعة.

SmartSpend is a personal budgeting and expense/goal-tracking application featuring gamified financial-education tools (points, badges, leagues, group challenges), a receipt scanner, and voice-based quick expense entry. The App is partly funded through advertising (Google AdMob) and is free to use in this version (1.0), with no in-app purchases or paid subscriptions.

3حسابك ومسؤولياتكYour Account & Responsibilities

• أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك (البريد وكلمة المرور، أو حساب Google المرتبط) وعن أي نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
• يجب تزويدنا بمعلومات دقيقة عند إنشاء الملف الشخصي (الاسم، تاريخ الميلاد إن أدخلته).
• أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن دقة البيانات المالية (المصاريف، الأهداف) التي تُدخلها يدوياً أو عبر ماسح الإيصالات أو الإدخال الصوتي؛ التطبيق أداة تسجيل وتحليل فقط ولا يتحقق من صحة هذه البيانات مقابل مصدر بنكي خارجي.
• أخطرنا فوراً في حال الاشتباه بأي استخدام غير مصرَّح به لحسابك عبر بيانات التواصل في القسم 13.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password, or linked Google account) confidential, and for any activity that occurs through your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile (name, date of birth if entered).
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of financial data (expenses, goals) you enter manually, via the Receipt Scanner, or via voice input; the App is a logging and analysis tool only and does not verify this data against any external bank source.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account, via the contact details in Section 13.

4الاستخدام المقبولAcceptable Use

يُمنع استخدام التطبيق في:

You may not use the App to:

• أي نشاط غير قانوني أو احتيالي.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرَّح به إلى حسابات مستخدمين آخرين أو أنظمتنا الخلفية (Firebase/Firestore).
• إساءة استخدام الميزات الاجتماعية (النقابات، المبارزات، صديق المحيط) بالتحرش أو إرسال محتوى مسيء عبر أسماء العرض أو الدعوات.
• التلاعب بنظام النقاط/الشارات أو استغلال ثغرات برمجية لتحقيق مكاسب غير عادلة (Cheating/Exploiting).
• إجراء هندسة عكسية أو محاولة استخراج مفاتيح Firebase/AdMob المضمَّنة في التطبيق.
• النقر الآلي أو الاحتيالي على الإعلانات المعروضة داخل التطبيق.

• Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our backend systems (Firebase/Firestore).
• Abuse social features (Guilds, Duels, Ocean Buddy) through harassment or abusive content in display names or invitations.
• Manipulate the points/badges system or exploit software bugs for unfair gain (cheating/exploiting).
• Reverse-engineer the App or attempt to extract the Firebase/AdMob API keys embedded within it.
• Engage in automated or fraudulent clicking on ads displayed within the App.

5الإعلانات داخل التطبيقIn-App Advertising

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات مقدَّمة من Google AdMob (بانر، تخللية، مكافأة، مدمجة، فتح تطبيق) بما يتوافق مع سياسات Google للإعلانات ومعايير المحتوى العام (G). التفاعل مع الإعلانات اختياري تماماً في الميزات القائمة على المكافأة، ولن يُطلب منك مطلقاً مشاهدة إعلان لإكمال وظيفة أساسية مثل تسجيل مصروف أو الوصول إلى بياناتك المالية. لمزيد من التفاصيل حول البيانات المستخدَمة للإعلانات، راجع سياسة الخصوصية.

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob (Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded, Native, App Open) in compliance with Google's ad policies and General (G) content standards. Engagement with reward-based ads is entirely optional, and you will never be required to watch an ad to complete a core function such as logging an expense or accessing your financial data. 7الملكية الفكريةIntellectual Property

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق — بما في ذلك التصميم المرئي، الشعار، الرموز، النصوص، وشيفرة البرمجة — مملوكة حصرياً لـ Perideali Life. يُمنح لك ترخيص محدود وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق للأغراض الشخصية فقط. لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو توزيعه أو تعديله أو بيعه دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

All intellectual property rights in the App — including its visual design, logo, icons, text, and source code — are exclusively owned by Perideali Life. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell the App without prior written permission.

8إنهاء الحسابAccount Termination

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (راجع صفحة حذف الحساب). كما يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء وصولك إلى التطبيق إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، مع إشعارك حيثما أمكن ذلك عملياً وقانونياً.

You may delete your account at any time (see the Account Deletion page). We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, with notice to you wherever practically and legally feasible.

9حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of Liability

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون المعمول به، لا يتحمّل Perideali Life أي مسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو خاصة تنشأ عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: فقدان البيانات، فقدان الأرباح، أو أي قرار مالي اتخذته بناءً على محتوى التطبيق.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Perideali Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including, without limitation, data loss, loss of profits, or any financial decision made based on the App's content.

10إخلاء الضماناتDisclaimer of Warranties

يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"كما هو متاح" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ضمانات القابلية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو عدم الانتهاك. لا نضمن أن التطبيق سيعمل دون انقطاع أو أخطاء في جميع الأوقات.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

11القانون الحاكم وفض النزاعاتGoverning Law & Disputes

يُقدَّم تطبيق SmartSpend من قِبل العلامة التجارية Perideali Life، المُشغَّلة بواسطة الكيان القانوني المسجَّل Glimmer of Hope (بلد التسجيل: الأردن).

SmartSpend is offered under the brand Perideali Life, operated by the registered legal entity Glimmer of Hope (country of registration: Jordan).

تُحكم هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتخضع أي نزاعات تنشأ عنها للاختصاص القضائي الحصري لمحاكم عمّان، الأردن، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك في بلد إقامتك.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

12تعديل الشروطChanges to These Terms

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنُعلمك بأي تغيير جوهري عبر إشعار داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التعديل يُعد قبولاً به.

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material change via an in-app notice before it takes effect. Continued use of the App after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of it.
